आगर मालवा के विधायक विपिन वानखेड़े ने रैली को संबोधित करते हुए विधायक विपिन वानखेड़े ने कहा था कि अगर किसानों को नष्ट फसलों का मुआवजा नहीं दिया गया तो जन आशीर्वाद यात्रा को जिले में प्रवेश नहीं कर देंगे साथ ही जहां-जहां यात्रा निकलेगी, वहां काले झंडे दिखाए जाएंगे. विधायक वानखेड़े की चेतावनी के बाद कोतवाली पुलिस हरकत में आई और विधायक विपिन वानखेड़े को उनके कार्यालय से हिरासत में ले लिया है.
